HR Focus – A Fresh Start!
It’s always been the Tennants way to strive to be the best at what we do and continually look for ways to improve our quality & range of services. A large part of this is providing a safe, secure and well managed environment for our staff and to this end, as most of you will be aware, Liz Henry has taken on the role of HR Coordinator along with her responsibilities for the Integrated Management System (IMS).
The HR element of this role aims to provide each employee with a one stop point of contact for any HR issue, however large or small, the
facility is there for you.
As part of this increased focus we have engaged the services of Personnel & Training Services (PTS), an expert HR Consultancy firm who will be on hand should we need external advice or assistance.
In tandem with PTS we are currently working on an updated Employee Handbook, of which we hope to deliver a draft in the autumn of this year. After a period of consultation & agreement we are aiming to deliver the completed handbook to each employee by the end of 2016.
